• You will be visiting areas of dangerous animals and this needs to be taken seriously at all times.  Do not leave the designated area of the camp sites, follow instructions by your hosts at all times for your protection.
• All instructions given by guides must be adhered to at all times
• Do not stand up in the vehicles
• Do not place body parts out the side of the vehicles
• No smoking allowed on the game drives
• Please respect fellow tourists by keeping noise to a minimum on drives and at camp
• All concession and park rules must be adhered to at all times
• Please do not litter 
• All guests fully indemnify Kokomere Adventure Safaris, all operators and employees against any loss or damage of any property or any injury or death what-so-ever
• By paying the deposit, all guests acknowledge they are fully aware of the terms and conditions and will adhere to them at all times
• Please provide us with your Travel Insurance information at least 60 days prior to your arrival.

• A deposit of 20% is payable within 10 days of confirmation of the booking.  Please note the reservation cannot be confirmed until the deposit has been received. 
• 50% of the remaining balance is due 6 months (180 days) prior to arrival, assuming your booking was made that far in advance 
• Balance is  due in full 90 days before arrival in Maun
• The safaris are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis
• Confirmation is subject to campsite availability
• We cannot make refunds or exceptions based on conditions out of our control, such as weather. We will do our best to keep you safe, comfortable, and to provide you with the most enjoyable safari experience possible.
• Foreign currencies will be accepted at the rate of exchange valid on the day payment is received, as per current bank selling rate of exchange.
• All bank charges are at the cost of the guest
• For booking payments, we accept electronic fund transfers in USD, Visa (3% surcharge) . We may offer to take personal checks in the US, as long as payment is made on schedule; Any reservation paid by checks resulting in insufficient funds will be cancelled and all prior payments will be considered non-refundable.
• Children between the ages of 6 and 12 sharing the same tent as their parents will pay 50% of the full rate
• Children between the age of 12 and 15 will pay 80% of the full rate. We will need copies of the passport information pages for age confirmation 
• For safety reasons, children under the age of 14 have to share a tent with an adult
• Children under the age of 18 have to be accompanied by an adult on all game drives
• Any verbal or physical abuse of our staff and guide team will result in your return to Maun and a non-refundable cancellation of the remaining trip. Everyone works hard for your safety and to provide you with a maximum safari experience.

• All cancellations must be given in writing

Cancellation policy per booking:

• After 180 days, the 20% deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to future trips if we are notified within 10 days of the departure date. Prior to that, the deposit is refundable. We must pay to reserve campsites and staff for your chosen days by six months.
• If cancelled 60 to 119 days prior to arrival, a 35% cancellation fee of the full booking value will be charged and deducted from your refund 
• If cancelled 30-59 days prior to arrival, a 65% cancellation fee of the full booking value will be charged
• If cancelled 29 days or less prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee of the full booking value will be charged; You may reschedule on an available future date and apply 50% of the amount as a credit 
• Guaranteed reservations will be held for the first night only, after which the accommodation will be released unless notified in writing about flight problems, etc. We will do our best to work with you.
